Become a part of an exciting theatrical experience aimed at developing young performers and entertaining the entire community! To develop leaders at every level of American enterprises, business owners recognize the need to encourage the development of broad abilities beyond technical skills, like creativity, discipline and self-confidence, just to name a few. And a growing number of our nation’s leaders recognize that hands-on participation in the arts is one of the best ways to develop these abilities in all young people. PYMT is a Carlisle-based, non- profit organization whose objective is to provide young people with a quality community theatre experience and offer training in all aspects of production. We provide an opportunity for our youth to grow artistically, and develop the habits of responsibility and commitment that they will need for future endeavors. Allowing children and teens to experience the arts allows them to grow and succeed in a non-competitive environment. A community based group allows them the freedom to explore options outside of their regular school peer groups, and expand their social network in a safe and nurturing environment. Membership- All youth must be a participating, paid member of PYMT to “be in the show”! Participant membership is $25.00 per show. Adult membership is $10.00, and adult members will have a general membership meeting in December to vote on the new PYMT Board. They will also receive a quarterly newsletter on current PYMT news, happenings, events, and auditions.
